The Kenya Airports Authority, P.O Box 19001 – 00510 Nairobi, Kenya invites
sealed Tenders for the PROPOSED FENCING WORKS AT WILSON
AIRPORT
1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect Tender
documents (and additional copies) at Kenya Airports Authority Headquarters
Complex at JKIA Nairobi, 2nd Floor, in the office of Manager, Procurements &
Logistics during normal working hours.
1.3 A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000/= (Kenya Shillings One
Thousand Only) in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to Kenya Airports Authority
1.4 Prices quoted should be net and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid
for 90 days from the closing date of Tender.
1.5 Tenderers must technical and financial bids with one original and one copy
technical and financial proposals in separate envelope indicating original or copy
as appropriate. All technical bids shall be placed in an envelope clearly marked
“technical proposal” and the financial proposals in one marked “financial
Proposal”. These two envelopes in turn shall be sealed in outer envelopes and to be
addressed to:-

P. O. Box 19001-00501,
NAIROBI
and deposited in the Tender Box located on the 2nd Floor at Kenya Airports
Authority Headquarters so as to be received on or before 5th November
2014 at 11.00 am and shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid
submission. Late bids shall be rejected.
1.6 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates
or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room, 5th Floor,
Kenya Airports Authority Headquarters complex building
1.7 Any additional information, addendums or clarifications in respect to this tender
will be available in our KAA website www.kaa.go.ke. All bidders are advised to
regularly check the website during the bidding period.
