The County Commissioner of Lamu invites bidders to prequalify and register for supplies/contracts for supply and delivery of goods and provision of services on "AS" and "WHEN REQUIRED" basis for the financial year 2014/2015 to government institutions.
Eligible bidders who wish to apply may obtain prequalification documents with detailed requirements and conditions from COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE - PROCUREMENT OFFICE free of charge during normal working hours. Completed prequalification documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender No......" should be deposited in the tender box situated at the Lamu County Commissioner's office or posted to:-

So as to reach him on or before Wednesday, 8th October, 2014.
Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
