Bidders are required to bid “on LOT basis”, with each BID submission clearly
labelled LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 3, LOT 4, LOT 5, LOT 6 or LOT 7.
For Lot 1-3, bidder may quote for one or for all the items in each Lot.
For Lot 4 – 7, bidder MUST quote for all items in a LOT to be considered responsive.

4. Tender documents duly completed in sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender No
CBK/024/2013/2014 should be deposited in the Green Tender Box No.3 on the Ground
Floor of the Main Entrance of the CBK Building on Haile Selassie Avenue Nairobi on or
