All the existing service providers need to reapply as this serves as notice to end the current contract

Prequalification documents may be obtained by interested candidates from The Greenhouse Management Office, Mezzanine Floor, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sh3,000 in cash or Banker's cheque.

Duly completed Pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the pre-qualification category number and tender number GMGT/PREQ/14 for pre-qualification of suppliers should be addressed to:-

And deposited in the Tender Box situated at the management office, so as to be received on or before, Wednesday 22nd October 2014 at 10:30 a.m. The submitted prequalification documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. The Greenhouse Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in part or in whole without assigning reasons thereof.
